CHRONICLE
Toshiko's quirk Chronicle is able to perceive the residual information of an object.
She obtains historical memories or sensations concerning objects she observes. By touch, she can gain knowledge including the makers, users, and even those who have, on passing, used the object, and what has been done with it. She cannot use this on anything living such as people or animals with sentience, it will simply not work. She is limited to what she can retain information from, such as touching buildings : she is only able to touch specific places to see specific things and not the entire history of the place as a whole. She cannot touch the ground, the area being connected endlessly and her quirk will simply overload and cause her a great deal of pain with her brain and eyes.
If she overloads on information from a certain item or place, it will start out as a migraine and can get as worse as pain that feels as if her head will explode and her eyes will strain horribly. This pain will last for a moment or days on end, it depends on how much she had absorbed.
